Workplacement agreement

The Dutch VET college where the trainee is registered and is attending courses will prepare a written agreement regarding:

  • The educational process (education plan, including learning objectives)
  • Responsabilities
  • Planning
  • Coaching
  • Working times (including holidays)
  • Duration of the work placement
  • Expenses (for the placement, accommodation, meals, insurances, travel)
  • Possible work placement fee 
  • The use of a computer and internet for professional and training purpose

This agreement will be signed by the trainee, the VET college and by your company.
